By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service.

Purchases on this site are permitted to persons aged 18 or over holding a valid ID and a credit card issued in their name. Minors require parental or guardian consent.

Every piece is made by hand from natural materials (gemstones, diamonds and precious metals), each one unique. Variations in tone, texture and size between pieces, and between the photograph and the item you receive, are inherent to handmade work and are not considered defects. No two pieces are identical, and minor imperfections are part of the craft.

Site-wide sales, discounts and coupon codes do not apply to custom or made-to-order pieces.

All prices are listed in Israeli Shekels (ILS) and include VAT as required by law. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.

You will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms receipt of the order and does not guarantee stock availability. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error, out-of-stock item or suspected misuse, and will refund any amount paid in full.

Payment is processed through Shopify's secure checkout. Card details are never stored on this site. Orders are processed only after payment authorization.

Delivery times, shipping costs and cancellation rights are detailed on the Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

In-stock items ship within 2–3 business days of payment approval. Made-to-order pieces are produced and shipped within 4–6 weeks.

Door-to-door courier delivery across Israel costs ILS 42, free for orders over ILS 600. Delivery times exclude weekends and holidays and may be delayed by factors beyond our control.

You may cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the item or the transaction details document (whichever is later), under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981. Send written notice to info@mileguir.com or call 054-435-1499.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, in their original packaging and with the receipt. A cancellation fee of 5% of the order value or ILS 100 (whichever is lower) may apply; shipping, insurance and transaction fees are not refunded. Alternatively you may choose a full store credit with no cancellation fee, redeemable once the item has reached the studio.

Returning the item is the customer's responsibility; courier collection costs ILS 42 each way (ILS 84 total) and is deducted from the refund.

Custom and one-of-a-kind pieces, hand-stamped or engraved items, altered stones or designs not shown on the site, worn or used items, diamond-set pieces and earrings (for hygiene reasons) cannot be cancelled. Faulty or incorrect items are replaced or fully refunded, including shipping.

Made-to-order and customized pieces (special sizing, engraving, design changes or items produced on request) cannot be cancelled or returned, in accordance with Israeli consumer protection regulations.

All content on this site — jewelry designs, photographs, texts, logo and brand name — is the exclusive property of Mileguir and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

Please remove your jewelry before showering, swimming and sport, and avoid contact with perfume and cleaning products. Damage caused by improper use is not covered by warranty.

We warrant against manufacturing defects for 6 months from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover natural wear, scratches, deformation from pressure, stones lost due to impact, or repairs made by a third party.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or its products. Our liability is limited in any case to the amount actually paid for the item.

Personal data is used solely to process orders and provide customer service, and is never sold. Payment details are transmitted securely and are not stored by us. See the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv district shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
